RULES & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

1. ELIGIBILITY:

Contest is open to all U.S. residents 18 years or older. Agents, Employees, owners, operators Joey’s Find Foods inc, 2007- Ebony & Ivory with Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE EATING CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE WORLD and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.

2. TO ENTER: READ CAREFULLY THIS OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND ENTRY FORM FOR Ebony & Ivory Radio 93.5FM & Joeys Fine Foods Inc. 1 ST ANNUAL 2007- Ebony & Ivory with Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE EATING CHAMPIONSHIP of the World INCLUDING THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY PROVISIONS. Complete and sign this document below. All entry forms become the property of Ebony & Ivory Radio 93.5FM.

3. CONTEST RULES: From Persons applying and six will be chosen, selected by CMS & Ebony & Ivory to compete on September 29 2007. Contestants names will be selected, Sepetmber 27 th 2007 at 4:00 pm live on the Air will be read each of the six competitors’ names, then day of the event in Jerome Ave Gun Hill Road Festival Center Stage. Time, date and place are subject to change without notice. Contestants must have a nice clean appearance for the event. If anything the contestant is wearing is deemed inappropriate or unattractive the Contestant may be subject to disqualification.

Contestant must be present and registered at the 2007- Ebony & Ivory with Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE EATING CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE WORLD table by 11:15 am on Saturday, 9/29/07 for final instructions. Upon registering You will receive a badge and will be instructed to wait in a designated area. A contestant will forfeit his or her place should he or she fail register at the 2007- Ebony & Ivory with Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE EATING CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE WORLD registration table by 11:15 am On 9/29/07 and be continuously present for the duration on the contest. Contestants will also Forfeit his or her place if they leave the waiting area after they register.

The object is to eat as many Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIES as possible within the allotted time: five Minutes. Contestants may eat either sitting or standing in their designated area using hands Contestants will be allowed to use and/or drink Milk or bottled water during the competition. Contestants must complete eating one Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE before proceeding to the next Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE. Contestants must wait for the starting signal to begin eating and may not touch any Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE or utensil prior to the starting signal. Contestants must stop eating and must promptly place their hands down on the table or at their side at the ending signal.

Contestants may not put additional Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE or portions of Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE in their mouths after the ending signal, but will be allowed 15 seconds to swallow any Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE already in mouth. If a contestant throws up or regurgitates, he or she will automatically be disqualified. Judges will be on hand to assure adherence to contest rules, tally the number of Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE eaten, monitor the “no throw up or regurgitating” rule, and to disqualify contestants who fail to adhere to the contest rules.

Winners will be determined by counting the number of Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE and parts of Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE eaten.

In the event of a tie, after a brief interval, 1 minute and 30 second eat-offs will take place until a winner is selected. Grounds for disqualification include:

•False or incomplete entry form or liability waiver

•Any health risks that could jeopardize the contestant’s health or wellbeing •Under the influence of any substance •Appearance is deemed inappropriate or unattractive

•Day of the Event 9/29/07 Failure to register at the Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE by 12:15 am or failure to stay in designated waiting area after registration

•Starting prior to the start signal. Continuing to eat after the ending signal.

•Failure to completely eat a Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE before beginning to eat another Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE.

•Throwing up or regurgitating. Note: 2007- Ebony & Ivory with Joey’s BLACK & WHITE COOKIE EATING CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE WORLD. reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any reason without explanation.
